The BUP Human Resource and Leadership Club has kicked off its flagship event, AdventHR 2.0, with a unique combination of artificial intelligence (AI) and human resources (HR). The competition is expected to be more challenging and innovative than ever before.
The competition is divided into three rounds: ideation, innovation, and implication. In the ideation round, participants are presented with a hypothetical HR problem and tasked with developing creative solutions. The innovation round requires participants to develop a detailed plan for implementing their proposed solution from the ideation round. The final round, implication, will test participants’ communication skills, critical thinking ability, and ability to respond to feedback and questions from the judges.
The judges for AdventHR 2.0 are highly experienced HR professionals and leaders from various industries. This ensures that the competition is not only challenging but also relevant to the current HR landscape. Business Inspection BD, a leading digital media partner, is also involved in the event, ensuring that the competition receives ample coverage and exposure.
The competition promises to be a highly engaging and educational experience for both participants and spectators. It provides an excellent opportunity for aspiring HR professionals and leaders to showcase their skills and gain valuable experience in a competitive and supportive environment.
The BUP Human Resource and Leadership Club is committed to promoting excellence in HR and leadership through various events and activities. AdventHR 2.0 is a testament to their commitment to providing a platform for students to develop their skills and network with industry professionals.
The first round of the competition, ideation, will take place from 2nd to 5th March, followed by the innovation round on March 11th, and the final round, implication, on March 18th.
