Technohaven Company Limited has signed an MOU with Kore Search on 1st November 2022 for Fresh Graduate Recruitment Service. By this agreement Kore Search will provide trained fresh graduates, interns and contractual employees to Technohaven Company Limited. Md. Showkath Ali (Head of Operations – Technohaven Company Limited) and Mr. Kazi Naim (Founder & CEO – Kore Search) have signed the agreement on behalf of their organizations at Technohaven Company’s Mohakhali DOHS office.
Kore Search is a Job Placement Training organization where fresh graduates get trained through industry experts on specific subject. Since fourth industrial revolution will create a significant change in job market, Kore Search team is trying to prepare our next generation leaders according to industry need. It’s also been said that Bangladeshi University curriculums are not aligned with industry requirements. As a result, every year our country produces around 10 lac fresh graduates without proper skill sets required for industry. This is one of the main reasons behind unemployment problem in Bangladesh. Statistics showed that unemployment rate is higher in traditional graduates compared to technical/vocational graduates. Kore Search also extends its service to university campuses through career counseling seminars, resume writing, campus recruitment and related issues. Companies can post free of cost job circulars at Kore Search platforms and a dedicated team is engaged to connect with university placement services to create bridge between university and corporate.
