Event Timeline and Structure
HR Calibration 4.0 will be a multi-phase competition, starting with registrations on 1st October. The event kicks off with a workshop on 18th October at North South University’s Main Auditorium, designed to equip participants with key insights from industry professionals. Following the workshop, participants will take part in Phase 1, an online case submission round running from 18th to 21st October, where teams will solve a strategic HR issue. The top 20-30 teams from this round will then move on to Phase 2 on 1st November, where they will present comprehensive case solutions at the NSU Campus. The competition will culminate in the grand finale on 13th November, where the top six teams will compete for the coveted title of HR Calibration 4.0 Champion.
