JCI Dhaka Founders, in collaboration with the JCI Junior Club, has embarked on a visionary initiative—Fit Future: Empowering Future Generations Towards a Healthier Tomorrow. This youth-focused program aims to inspire and educate students across Bangladesh about physical and mental wellness, fostering healthier lifestyles from an early age.
The first Fit Future session was held at LORDS – An English Medium School, where more than 65 enthusiastic students aged between 10 and 16 participated in an energetic and insightful day. Guided by their principal and teachers, the session went beyond traditional fitness discussions, touching on vital topics such as PCOS, thyroid health, IBS awareness, mental well-being, daily exercise routines, and healthy tiffin habits — helping students understand the holistic meaning of good health.

Building on that success, the second session took place at Capstone International School, Dhaka, conducted by VP NJ Nahray Jannat, founder of NJ Eat and Fit. Over 40 pre-teens and teenagers joined this interactive workshop, which emphasized balanced nutrition, mindful eating, and fitness practices. The session also included practical demonstrations and healthy snack experiences that kept students actively engaged and inspired.

The Fit Future Project is proudly supported by NJ Eat and Fit, Caretutors, English Therapy, and Green Grocery, with Business Inspection BD serving as the official media partner. The initiative is led by the dedicated team of JCI Dhaka Founders, including Local President S M Mehedi Hasan, VP NJ Nahray Jannat, Director Masud Parvez Raju, Saiful Islam, Talukder Mohammad Shabbir, and SG Saiful Rahman, whose combined efforts made these impactful sessions possible.
With the successful completion of its first phase, Fit Future has already reached and educated over 100+ young students, promoting awareness of fitness, nutrition, and mental health.

Looking ahead, the second phase, planned for 2026, aims to expand the project to five or more schools across Bangladesh — continuing to build a strong, sustainable platform for youth wellness education and community engagement.
As JCI Dhaka Founders and its partners continue this mission, Fit Future stands as a beacon of hope and empowerment—nurturing a generation that values health, balance, and confidence. Because today’s youth are tomorrow’s leaders, and their well-being lays the foundation for a healthier, brighter Bangladesh.
