Backspace recently completed its team building & leadership training program, organized by Ikigai HR. The event was held on the 7th and 8th of November, 2022, at the BRAC Learning Centre in Niketan, Gulshan. It was a 16-hour long session, divided into two days full of engaging activities. More than 100 employees participated in the interactive discussions, team-building exercises, and workshops, presentations, and case studies in a festive environment.
The training program was conducted by Mr. Ghulam Sumdany Don, one of the most prominent corporate trainers in the field, and arranged by Ambreen Hassan Serker, the CEO of Ikigai HR Services Limited. In addition, the Chairman of Backspace, Saiful Rahman, and the Head of Operation, Nahid Hossen, and several top management officials were also present to inspire and encourage the participants.
