JCI Dhaka Founders Inaugurates Career Connect Expo 2023

Under the auspices of JCI Dhaka Founders, the ‘Career Connect Expo 2023’ has kicked off. On the inaugural day, an event with the same title, a ‘Panel Discussion,’ and an open dialogue took place. Distinguished participants included Mr. A.K.M. Fahim Mashroor, the CEO of bdjobs.com, the largest online job marketplace in the country, Dr. Mohammad Abul Kashem Mia, Vice  Chancellor at the United International University, and Mr. Ziaul Haque Bhuiya, National President of JCI Bangladesh.

During the comprehensive discussion, the speakers offered valuable guidance to budding entrepreneurs on matters related to human resources and discussed ways to address long-term challenges by selecting the right human capital and retaining them within organizations.

Towards the end of the discussion, Mr. Altamis Nabil, Vice President of JCI Bangladesh, shared a guiding statement on personal branding. The entire event was moderated by Mr. M Asif Rahman, President of JCI Dhaka Founders.

M Asif Rahman said – “Tomorrow, on September 18, 2023, throughout the day, 30 companies will conduct interviews for approximately 500 shortlisted candidates. Interested individuals had previously applied for jobs online through bdjobs.com and easy.jobs. Subsequently, selected candidates were invited for interviews through various screening and selection processes.”
