The year-round MB100 program, with support from EY, Hogan Lovells, and Babson College, is designed to further empower these inspiring leaders through pro bono services, tailored workshops, expert mentorship, storytelling, and exclusive networking opportunities, amplifying their global impact.

After a rigorous global nomination process, the MB100 award underwent evaluation by a distinguished panel of 29 experts, including Amini Kajunju, COO of the Ellen Johnson Sirleaf Presidential Center; Matthias Stausberg, Group Advocacy Director at Virgin; Nikhil Seth, Assistant Secretary-General at the UN & Executive Director of UNITAR; Shaun Seow, MD of Investments at Temasek; and Stasia Mitchell, EY Global Entrepreneurship Leader. These experts assessed each nominee based on five key criteria: Durability, Impact, Innovation, Leadership, and Scope.
