Walton recently executed Green CSM’s activities via customer service management to pursue it’s “Vision Go-Global” mission which is part of the campaign ‘Better Bangladesh Tomorrow.’
On Tuesday at the Walton corporate office in Dhaka, a press release was conducted. Golam Murshed, managing director of Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC, at the “Green CSM: Road to Sustainability” event unveiled the Green CSM initiative. The company’s Green CSM initiatives were defined in a plan provided by Rakib Uddin, executive director. From 77 service points about 300 customers gathered at the event launched by Walton’s customer service management. For the contribution to the customer service about 51 individuals and service points were awarded as well.
Murshed stated “Our target is to give customers premium service fast, best, advanced and smooth,”. He also added “We will move towards the goal of becoming one of the world’s best brands through various initiatives like green CSM by integrating our dreams with the dream of Walton entrepreneurs.”
Top management team Abul Bashar Hawlader, additional managing director of Walton, Nazrul Islam Sarker, Amdadul Hoque Sarker and Eva Rezwana, deputy managing directors, SM Zahid Hasan and Md Sakhawat Hossain, senior executive directors of Walton were present on the event.
